James has over a decade of experience in aviation, leadership, non-traditional Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Search and Rescue, and disaster response in North America, the Middle East, the Indo-Pacific, and NATO.
James holds a B.S. in English from the United States Naval Academy and an M.A. in Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University. He is also an instructor of scenario based training and is a competent lecturer.
James is accustomed to working with remote teams and has a penchant for problem solving.
