Fred Hendricks III is a U.S. Naval Officer and Olmsted Scholar with six years of experience cooperating with foreign navies and governments in Europe, the Middle East, and South America. He has extensive experience in counter piracy and counter narcotic operations.
He received a B.A. in International Studies and Slavic Languages and Literatures from Indiana University. He is currently pursuing graduate studies in International Relations at Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto, Japan. Fred speaks fluent Spanish, with proficiency in Russian and Japanese and has studied abroad in Salamanca, Spain, and St. Petersburg, Russia.
